Mariposa Meats is please to introduce our new Custom Cooking Program. This C.C.P Program is designed to assist further processors with fully cooked meat and protein products.

Our C.C.P. program is done in our newly renovated 30,000 sq foot Federally Inspected Processing Plant. Mariposa is a HACCP approved plant with a detailed Quality Control Program in place. Our confidence in this process is based on our experience and knowledge of detailed meat science. Mariposa is also a ‘customer satisfaction’ oriented company which takes pride in catering to every customer wants and needs.
